about me

I live in Western KS and teach Spanish in a small town about 25 miles from where I live. I love to cook! Don't we all? I'm married to a VERY picky eater and I have a wonderful daughter who thankfully is not picky.

For me cooking is a great way to relax. I love baking the best. Christmas is my favorite time of year because I can make so many goodies. I'd like to year round but we definitely don't need it! Especially since DH is diabetic.

Chocolate of course. I am a woman after all!
