about me

My husband and 2 young boys live in NC but are both originally from NY. I have been an RN for almost 19 years and currently enjoy working part-time and taking care of our busy family.
I love to cook and explore new recipes. Preparing meals for friends and family is a joy to me...a trait passed down from my own mother.

Favorite Foods:

Making homemade soup is a craft that is good for the soul as well as the palate. I also thoroughly enjoy making spaghetti sauce from scratch....my husband says I steam up the whole house on those days!!
