Mom of 3 well spaced kids (27, 10, 3), wife to one creatively messy dh, mom to three wonderful tabby cats and a sales administrator. I don't have a lot of time to cook, but when I do I like to do it big. I am particularly good at soup, Mexican food and desserts.

Favorite Foods:

chicken salad, fried corn meal mush, enchiladas (home made), salsa verde, grapes, almost any kind of veggie, pork roast with a crispy crust, peach pie and ice cream (together or separately), peanut butter, bacon and mayonnaise sandwiches (it's a family thing), soup
