I'm married to an Air Force Sergeant, and I'm a homeschooling mom to my 4 kids. We almost exclusively organic foods (the few things we can't find in organic we buy all natural), and we cook just about everything from scratch.

Favorite Foods:

I grew up in the military, so was exposed to many varieties of food. My favorites dishes come from Italian, Filipino, Guamanian, Mexican and American fares. Some of my favorite dishes are fettuccine alfredo, chicken marsala, pancit, lumpia, chicken Kelaguen, enchiladas and Mexican rice.
