I'm a stay at home wife and mother. I homeschool and wouldn't change a thing about our life. I love trying new recipes and especially like finding quick and easy ones.

Favorite Foods:

We love seafood, but usually go out for it, although I do make a mean gumbo that I use shrimp, chicken & sausage in. I also make a good coconut cream pie that my husband loves. I do it for him and my son because I'm not a coconut lover like them. Give me chocolate please!!
