Born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, I've had the ultimate pleasure of growing up with fantastic German food. I've traveled extensively and lived in a number of places, including the Middle East. Love to cook and experiment - so far without casualties. Love to read and I collect a number of things including cookbooks.

Favorite Foods:

There is no such thing as one favorite dish - more like a favorite in each category. My friends rave about my Middle Eastern spinach pockets and German sweets (e.g. Apfelstrudel).
