Hi. When my x-wife started working evenings teaching art history, I started cooking. I discovered I love it and have been cooking ever since. My greatest complement came from my son, who said, "Since daddy started cooking, it's like eating out every night". I'm not sure if my cooking is good or my x-wife's was that bad.

Favorite foods, bacon, pork, fish. Now that I think about it I love just about everything. (Except sweet potatoes, yuk!)
