about me

I'm a stay-at-home mother of two toddlers. I love cooking and the joy of mastering a recipe to suit my family's taste. I hope to pass on my passion for cooking to my children. My biggest pet peeve is when my husband's asked to cook (thats not to often), he somehow manages to use every pot, pan, spoon and fork in the kitchen!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to make is stuffed manicotti but I'm most famous (w/in the family) for my potato soup. I also love to cook w/ good wines and beer.
