about me

I never liked to cook or bake til I moved. I missed my hometown cooking that I grew up with, so I wanted to try and recreate those recipes. Now, I am inspired to try new recipes and try to incorporate it with my own taste. I'd like to try and make healthier meals and make it a part of my routine menu.

Favorite Foods:

American, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Ethiopian...heck all foods are wonderful if you give it a shot, but my comfort food is Japanese food with an American twist. Fusion...like me at heart.
