I'm a married, mostly SAHM (2 girls-6 and 3)that feels thinner and younger than I actually am. I work one day a week at a scrapbooking store owned by a family friend. I teach cardmaking, scrapbook techniques, etc. as well as work in the store. That is my one day a week in grown-up world and I love it. I love to cook - really didn't discover my love of cooking and baking until I was in my late 20's. I have turned into more of a domestic diva than I ever thought possible (except for the housecleaning part, that is always a struggle for me). My husband would probably describe me as chatty (to say the least!!).
Hmmmm.....definitely chocolate. Also, the goose that my father-in-law does up for Christmas dinner. Crispy skin, not too fatty, flavourful and tender meat... mmmmmmm.... I love trying out new recipes, but I also absolutely love going out for dinner. My current favourite restaurant is called "The Living Room" - my husband and I went there on our anniversary and had a 'chef's choice' type dinner. I ended up trying all kinds of wonderful new tastes and combinations. Our waiter matched each course with wine/fruit cognac/etc. and it was the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I seem to have turned into the dessert queen in our family. I make a mean tiramisu semi-freddo. I also enjoy making kid's birthday cakes.
