about me

I'm a 48 year old amature chef. I like to cook and eat just about anything. I enjoy trying new recipes and different types of cusines. I also have diebetis and have to rework most of the recipes that I use so as to not through my blood sugars all out of wack.
I was taught to cook by my mother and grandmother (God rest her soul)
