I am a medical device Quality Test Lab Technician for in Des Moines, Iowa. I'm Happily married to my best friend, and a very tough food critic Megan. I grew up in the kitchen, my family has owned 2 restaurants in the past, and a candy business. My greatest passion is the food that I make. I'll admit that not everything is completely homemade, but if it's not it has at least been doctored by me, to make it my own.

I love to work that grill. Barbeque and Smoked food .... Ahh Yeah! Pretty much anything with alot of flavor. I also love Italian food!!
