Hi,
I'm an American from San Diego, California now living in a small town in NorthEast England.

Favorite Foods:

I'm passionate about cooking and food in general. I love trying new recipes and finding ways of making all my favorite American comfort foods here in England.

I'm a big fan of Nigella Lawson's style of cooking. My husband eats fish, but not meat or chicken, so I tend to do a lot of recipe modifications. Any meat recipes I post can be made with vegetarian substitues such as Quorn "chicken" style pieces, vegetarian ground beef subsitutes, etc.
