Favorite Foods:

LOVE Mexican, Puerto Rican, Indian, Thai and French cooking. Not really famous for a dish since I don't entertain much.. but my daughter showers me with hugs and kisses when I make my "famous" Asian pork chops. Or our modified version of Chicken Makhani (butter chicken).

When I go out to dinner, sushi is a favorite, as is Thai food. I guess I'd describe my must haves with food is it should be fragrant with a zing.
