Currently a Chef at the restaurant that I had opened may of 2005 Featuring Organic ingredients. Cooking has always been a passion. Initial restaurant now becoming the 2nd opening downtown Toronto hopefully July 2009.

Not big on deserts but love dark chocolate especially ones that use chili peppers
