As I am premium membership challenged, I am unable to thank you personally if you review one of my recipes, so I would like to thank you here and hope that you are reading this page
I will also reciprocate and cook one of your dishes in appreciation.

A bit about me - I live 5 minutes away from the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. I live with my husband and our 16 year old Siamese cat, sadly my 16 year old Burmese cat had to be put down in May 2008, putting pets down never gets any easier over time.

I work in the legal administrative field and am looking for a career change. We like to snow ski each year for holidays.
My favourite cookbook is Super Food Ideas here in Australia but since discovering Zaar have not looked at the books much.

I'm passionate about animal welfare and I sponsor an orangutan in Borneo (don't laugh) they are critically endangered and are tragically disappearing fast, the world needs to be aware of this, we share 97% of the same DNA with these guys and they have the intelligence of a 6 year old child, I'd sure hate to see them become extinct within a decade because of the constant land clearing of their tree homes to make way for more unecessary palm oil plantations which is the biggest threat to the orangutan and the sumatran tiger.
Unfortunately Palm oil is found in 1 in 10 food products - including bread, crisps, chocolate, detergents and lipsticks, so please read the ingredients and I urge everyone not to buy it if it has Palm oil in it.
KFC USES PALM OIL IN ALL THEIR COOKING.

Palm oil is usually hidden under the label of VEGETABLE OIL, making it impossible for shoppers to make eco conscious purchase decisions. There is also inadequate labeling to ascertain where the palm oil came from. Hmmm, better get off the soapbox now. www.orangutan.org.au

Favorite Foods:

Anything except brussel sprouts, kidneys or liver - yuk. I love cooking and prefer to cook organic food. We try to cook healthy low fat meals most of the time and I love to try new recipes on Zaar, I'm not a very good sweets/dessert cook but I do love eating sweets of course!.
