about me

I enjoy cooking for others and when I have the time I have always enjoyed cooking for myself. I do not follow recipes to the letter except when I am bakng and even then, if I know it's safe, I will change something. The problem with changing recipes all the time and not noting the changes, I can have a hard time replicating recipes. I am learning to be more patient and write down my chnages so I know what to do the next time.

Almost all food types and food groups. I am an adventurous and will try allmost anything.
