I was born in Wiesbaden Germany of Milatary Parents. I have been in Arizona in one place the longest in my life time and enjoy it.
A retired orthopedic and Hospice nurse of 22 years. I have a 11 year old son who is on a gluten free diet and enjoy researching foods that he will eat.

Favorite Foods:

Pizza and Mexican Food.
Fat Free cooking is also great. We eat to many Fats and Gluten.
No Restaurant here in the mountains of Arizona but in the Valley enjoy going to the "Sweet Tomatoe" with my girl friends.
