about me

Hullo! I looove to bake. I started baking in ernest about 6 months ago when the BF moved in with his 8 year old son. It was more difficult to bake before, because of the sheer quantity of food for one person. Now, I can barely keep up! I am a server at a popular restaurant here in Seattle, but hope one day to work for myself (and my clients) full-time as a pet-sitter. Some day I hope to have a little house of our own with a bit of land for a good size garden, chickens, rabbits, dogs and cats. In my minds eye it's the good life. For now, though, one baby step at a time...

Favorite Foods:

My Dad cooked(s) all the meals at home and there is nothing I love more than to be invited over for dinner. He makes one of my favorite comfort foods, cabbage rolls. His curry is to die for and just about anything else he cooks. I don't have a signature dish...yet
