I'm an amateur chef and love trying new things. My wife often gets mad at me because I'll just throw a recipe together with whatever I have at hand, but not write down what I did. She'll ask me to make it again and I'll have forgotten what I did the first time. I spend a lot of time in my garden and love using fresh herbs in my cooking.

Ribs or really any kind of slow cooked pork. Sushi. Lamb. Beef.
