about me

I am married and have 6 children. 2 Boys and 4 Girls, ages 18, 16, 15, 14, 3, and 5 months. My husband and I own our own contruction company so I am extremely busy. I used to be a stay at home mom when my first four children were all small. I had time to cook fabulous dinners and was very creative. I began working about 9 years ago and began making a lot of boxed meals or the same handfull of recipes. I'm hoping to get back some of that creativity I had years ago and I'm hoping this website will help.

Favorite Foods:

Lasagne (Most everything Italian), Chicken Enchilada Soup, Vegatables of all Kinds and Homemade Ice Cream. I am not really a picky eater and I like to try new things.
