about me

I live in a suburb of NYC, and have all of my life. I am married to my high school best friend after many years of being separated. He's truly lovely. We have a beautiful son, we love him so much! I have a science background and used to do cancer research. My nemisis is AML, hopefully no one here has experience with it. If you have, you have my deepest, heartfelt sympathy. I now work with fused glass and make jewelry. If I get my website back up and running I will add the link. I am also interested in helping people to get out of debt by having them learn what to pay off first and doing it as quickly as possible so they can us their money to enjoy life and not finance someone elses good time!

Am I a good cook? Well, no one has been hospitalized after eating my cooking! That's all I can say about that.

My lack of cooking experience keeps me from reviewing recipes with confidence because many times the problem isn't with the recipe. I keep trying and am hopefully improving. 'Zaar has definitely helped!

I love seafood, pasta, chicken, steak. I think that I could live on shrimp and sushi!
