i am from millington new jersey. iam slovak, and my parents were from western pennsylvania. i have recently found out that i am a good cook. i am trying all of the polish recipies that my late mother and grand mother made . since the recipies were never handed down, i am relying on memory,and your wonderful forum. thank you, john suitch.

Favorite Foods:

perogie, halupkie, kelbasa, all cabbage dishes. soups, yeast breads, pork,beef,steak, all italian dishes etc. put it this way, if it doesent move, i will eat it!!
