I live in Long Beach California, with my DH, a dog and three cats....all of which love my kitchen creations.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite thing to make is cookies...hands down. Although, this last Christmas, I got experimental and taught myself how to make tamales. I now have people placing orders for for special occasions!
I prefer to do everything from scratch, if possible. My pet peeve is shortcuts when it's not needed, like using instant gravy packets and instant mashed potatoes. (yuck!)
