about me

I'm a newlywed trying to figure out how to feed her hungry husband healthier food. I teach junior high and he is back in college working on his master's degree and teaching freshmen English. We are generally busy people but are also known as homebodies! We have a Chihuahua puppy, Milly, that keeps us entertained. I find that the more I cook, the more I like it!

Favorite Foods:

I love anything with bacon or garlic, generally speaking. Italian food always goes over well at our house. I'm trying to perfect my mom's lasagne and his mom's taco salad (I know, how hard is that?? Apparently mine is "weird". I also love desserts - baking them, not necessarily eating them!
