I was born and raised in Seattle and have lived in the San Diego area for the past 3 years.
I'm married to my highschool sweetheart and we have the world's most amazing 6 year old son!
I love hanging out with my family at home, the park or the beach.
I love scrapbooking and cardmaking.
I've been nicknamed the coupon queen by friends and family! I've been known to get $300 worth of groceries for under $10....but that takes a lot of work and since I'm working full time now I'm happy with save 50% at the grocery store!

Favorite Foods:

I LOVE Mexcian food especially carne asada (San Diego's famous for carne asada fries...they're EVIL!!! )
I also love anything with feta, shrimp, crab or chocolate!
My family has pretty simple/classic tastes so I'm always looking for new takes on a classic meal. Our time and budget are always tight...so I love thrifty quick meals.
My family and close friends always request chicken croissant casserole (I'll have to post that recipe), tater tot casserole and chicken enchiladas.
Co-workers and church friends know me to bring pasta salad or brownies to potlucks.
My alltime favorite restaurant is Azteca in Seattle....the best carne asada ever. Second place is New Luck Toy Chinese restaurant....their almond fried chicken is to die for!!!
