I'm a vegetarian who doesn't mind cooking meat for others occasionally. I love cooking, and am a huge fan of Moosewood and Molly Katzen. I own all of Mollie Katzen's cookbooks, and all of the Mooosewood Collective's as well!
Garlic, soups, pasta, fresh salsa, my voodoo bruschetta. My minestrone is most famous... I developed it from the recipe on the back of a kidney bean can, and it's evolved many times. I swear by making your own stocks, as the flavour is so much better! My husband takes soup into his work weekly, and they love it - and can't believe I cook from scratch, not boullion cubes. I just find the smell of homemade vegetable stock so wonderful...
