about me

I love to cook and I love to eat! I also love to travel, read, walk and entertain family and friends.

I work full time, but my life is soon to be simplified as my only chick is flying the coop for college in Sept 07. I'll have to fill my empty nest with other family and friends to feed. Or, maybe my husband and I can finally start going to the gym after work and lose some weight!

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook almost anything, although I admit that I tend to avoid recipes that have too many ingredients as I don't always feel like shopping for food!

My family's favourite is my Jaeger Schnitzel mit Spaetzle that I serve with asparagus, or my Crispy Dry Ribs.

I love Thai and East-Indian cuisine, but my family doesn't so I usually go out with friends to get my "fix".
