Favorite Foods:

I like really intense flavors, so most of my favorite dishes reflect that. I make a great cassoulet that I found in a Betty Crocker cookbook that is just about heaven. I also really love the fish tacos at Dos Coyotes, a local Mexican place here in Northern Cal. And who can resist a great desert?
