I reside in Calgary, AB. That's in Canada. I am a happy house wife. I have two wonderful boy's, well three if you count my amazing husband. I love to cook and am always looking for new recipies. My favorite cookbook is the one i've made filled with recipes from all over the place. It's ratty and greasy and it's my fave!!!! I'm hoping to add to it from Recipezaar!

I have been told that I make a dymamite cheesecake. All flavors. I am also known for my pickling and preserving capabilities. And being of ukranian heritage perogies are also my specialty. I would like to learn more about cooking with fish and seafood! I love to eat them but don't really know how to prepare them.
