about me

I am a 30 yr old mom of 3 terrible, horrible rotten kids. Kidding......that's only part of the time. Kidding AGAIN! They are great kids.
14, 11 and almost 4. I love to cook and eat and I am great at both. I read cookbooks like they are novels and watch Food Network religiously to learn new techniques and methods. I am starting Culinary Arts here in the Seattle area in the fall of 2009. I am so excited. I have wanted to be a chef for as long as I can remember. When I picture my future it's not working in some fast paced restaurant, its owning a little cafe that makes great homemade food that I can be proud of. Not mass produced crap. Eh...I've rambled enough! Happy Cooking!!!
