I live in MN with my boyfriend and son. I love cooking and trying new recipes!

I know it seems like I give lots of good reviews, but there is a good reason: I know what we like, so I pick dishes I think we will like, and often we do. If i give a review of a recipe with no stars it's because I think I did something wrong usually so that's why it didn't come out right. Or if something has excellent ratings and I don't like it, I don't want to ruin that, because obviously I didn't like something, but that's not a refection of the actual recipe!

Favorite Foods:

Lately we have been trying lots of new recipes. Curries of all kinds are big hits in this house! We try to eat 3 vegetarian meals a week and are always looking ideas. Sushi, fish, asian foods are the current fav, but we love mexican and italian also. Even my one year old is starting to like spicy food like mom and dad. Vegetable and fresh fruits make up a good part of our diet also. Here's to a happy, heathy '08!
