I am a Type 1 diabetic with an awesome fiance and 2 kitties. I am still learning to balance my diet with the help (nagging) of my fiance.
Update: October 23rd, 2008 I had to say goodbye to my oldest cat, Smokie. She lived to be twelve years old and would have kept on truckin if it weren't for so many things against her. She will forever be in my heart.
I have always loved to cook and enjoy looking for new recipes to spice things up some. I am currently on a "crab kick" and looking for more ways to cook crab meat.

Favorite Foods:

Bread! I love breads especially croissants and italian rolls.
I also love various kinds of cheese. Lately I have come to love Laughing Cow Swiss on some Keebler Toasteds Harvest Wheat crackers.
