about me

I currently live in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and am attending University here. My boyfriend and I both love to entertain and I love to cook for a crowd. I love to try new things and I've especially fallen in love with Thai food. If I'm not checking out new recipes on Recipezaar, I turn to my trusty Betty Crocker cookbook for basics. Aside from that I love to dance and do crafts (my latest addiction is card making) My passion is science (yes I'm a nerd, I know.) I am currently a Masters candidate with a concentration on molecular biology. I hope to be a researcher one day or possibly a doctor.

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook pasta (although I am still known to overcook pasta from time to time) I also learning how to cook like my mom and I'm not doing a bad job if I say so myself. I am known for serving my Italian potatoes at our barbeques and my baking is always on high demand.
