I have too many cookbooks that I love to name a favorite. It'd be better to name authors.
I love to read, write, garden, cook, and spend time with friends and family.
Pet peeves: I'll let you know.
Food for me is a constant source of creative pursuits - from the reading of recipes, to the traditions behind a particular food or region of cooking, to the actual mixing up of ingredients. It fascinates me and thrills me when something comes out exactly the way I had imagined.
What am I famous for making...well, baklava of course.
I'm also known for many other recipes.
Right now I'm focused on maintaining a healthy diet, with plenty of fresh and good quality foods.
