Hello fellow Recipezaar addicts. I have been a member here for a while now, and must say that in the last 6 months, not one day went by when I did not visit this site :P. My BF threatened to throw out my laptop many times, but he changes his mind after I cook him a delectable meal. Thanks to all of you my cooking skills have improved tremendously over the last year or so. I am pretty sure it would take me much longer to learn how to cook, if I did not have your help. I am a first generation Polish immigrant, and I came here when I was barely 18, all by myself. I do not have any relatives living in the US, so I really did not have anyone to rely on for cooking advice.
My BF is from Lebanon, and we just celebrated our 1 year anniversary. I am currently studying Sport Management, and hope to work for the New Jersey Devils hockey team.

Favorite Foods:

I enjoy all types of cuisines. I prefer salty, spicy, savory foods to sweet tones. I do not bake, and have not desire to...ever, so many thanks to everyone who ever posted a no bake dessert recipe. You have saved my reputation with those stuffed strawberries, and cheesecakes etc.
My boyfriend and I are vegetarians...not, so feel free to pass (recommend) any good meat, and seafood recipes, and also try my steak recipe.
