about me

I'm a stay at home mom to three beautiful kids. I love to cook and bake, especially for other people, so I enjoy having dinner parties. I am loving the cookbooks by the Podleski sisters: Looneyspoons, Crazy Plates and Eat, Shrink and Be Merry.

Favorite Foods:

I love Italian food, unfortunately it's not so good for the waistline. I enjoy taking recipes and trying to make them healthier and more "points friendly".

I think the recipe I make that most people really enjoy is my Manicotti, I haven't submitted it here yet, but I will when I have time.

My favorite restaurant is the Olive Garden.
