about me

I'm a young scientist in the UK who is enjoying getting the most out of her kitchen now that she's no longer a student. My family comes from Yorkshire, so my talents lie in anything batter-based (Yorkshire puddings, pancakes etc). I'm a pescetarian (sea food only) but still love to try new things and experiment.

Favorite Foods:

I'm a big fan of anything involving good quality cheese, cashews, cumin... lots of cs! I also love to bake: bread, cookies, cakes - you name it I'll bake it!
