about me

I'm a college student in the Southeastern United States, and my passion is food. I'm vegan--no meat, poultry, pork, fish, dairy, eggs, or other animal products--for mostly environmental reasons. I'm an Environmental Studies major and I do conservation psychology research. My favorite cookbook is Baking Illustrated, put out by the Cooks Illustrated magazine. As a baker and aspiring pastry chef it is my best friend in the kitchen!
