Iceland

about me

Originaly from Austria i moved to Iceland in 2002 after a life long longing for this country i felt at home at once and now it is the place where i belong. I am living with my wonderful fiancee in a nice flat in the subburb of our capital, Reykjavik. I have just started a teachers program at University and i am all excited about it as well as brown bagging my food.
Besides cooking and though especially baking, i like photography, knitting, swimming, long walks, all kind of sports, animals and nature among much more.

Favorite Foods:

pies and cakes, vegetables in any form and sort, and fruits as well.I love morroc and indian food but i also like food from our roots, Iceland, Sweden and Austria.
I am very fond of plain and simple foods, natural ingrediants and i mostly cook good and natural food for me and my boyfriend who just started back on track fallowing the Weight Watchers Program. There are around 20 pounds to go so my backing becomes alittle one-sided and dry.
