I am a part-time substitute teacher at the State School for the Severely Handicapped. Mother of two hungry teenagers; happily married for 20 years. We have a 2 year old Yorkshire Terrier that is spoiled rotten! Family enjoys camping and fishing during the summer months. I enjoy reading historical novels and cookbooks. Recently purchased my FIRST digital camera and have really enjoyed taking photos of all of my new recipes from Zaar.
(Maybe I should take a few more shots of the kids... lol)

I love to try new recipes! I am a "by the book" cook. Always follow recipes closely and try to measure everything accurately. I quess I am not very brave when it comes to experimenting!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite recipe to prepare is probably "Chicken Pot Pie".

I love to eat and prepare any Mexican or Italian food.

I am always trying new recipes and learning alot of great tips and tricks from everyone here at Zaar.
