I am a part-time substitute teacher. Mother of two great kids; happily married for 21 years. We have a 4 year old Yorkshire Terrier that is spoiled rotten! Family enjoys camping and fishing during the summer months. I enjoy reading historical novels and cookbooks.

I love to try new recipes! I am a "by the book" cook. Always follow recipes closely and try to measure everything accurately. I quess I am not very brave when it comes to experimenting!

My favorite recipe to prepare is probably "Chicken Pot Pie".

I love to eat and prepare any Mexican or Italian food.
