about me

I live in Amish Country and manage a Quilt Shop. I like trying new recipes all the time and always have the cooking channel on. I don't have a favorite cookbook since I collect them and have 100's of them. I enjoy making Christmas Cookies with my family usually making over 1500 cookies each year.
My pet peeve is when someone will not try my new recipes.

Favorite Foods:

I don't have any certain favorite dish since I weekly am trying new ones. I am famous for hardly ever making the same dish twice. I do can my own beef and the family loves my beef and noodles. I like eating at Mexican and Chinese Restaurants.
