Cooking is a passion for me. I love it, and frequently entertain making my guests "guinea pigs". I try to get rid of cookbooks, but I just can't, they're too personal! I have loved recipezaar, and the variety it offers. I teach special ed, and looking forward to a great meal certainly helps the day go faster. Our 4 yr. old daughter loves lobster, shrimp, zucchini, tomatoes, etc. Wonder where that comes from?

Favorite Foods:

There are very few things I don't like, but what I remember from child hood disliking were peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (they stick to the roof of your mouth and braces), and horehound candy. There's not much else I wouldn't try. I love pairing good food and good wine with good company.
