I've loved cooking ever since I was old enough to steal shortbread cookie dough from the bowl! I love to experiment with different spices and flavours, and to share my results with the world!

Unfortunately, I'm unable to eat most of the REALLY yummy stuff that's out there 'cause I'm lactose-intolerant and can't tolerate added oils, alcohol or any meat. FH says it just means more for him!

Favorite Foods:

Chocolate is the absolute best! My favourite is Lindt's 70% excellence, pure heaven! I eat a lot of beans and lentils, tofu and soy products, whole grains and lots of veggies (including TONS of canned pumpkin)!
