I live in beautiful SW Florida with my husband who thinks I make some of the best food in the world. We love to go boating. We have one son.
I am a former chocolate cookie dough addict in recovery. My food of choice is lo-carb and love to adapt recipes to fit into my lo-carb eating. I make spicy ribeyes, lasagna using spaghetti squash (or shirataki noodles) instead of noodles and sugar free cheesecake- and they are all delicious!
