I live in beautiful SW Florida with my husband who thinks I am the best cook in the world. We love to go boating.

Favorite Foods:

I am a former chocolate cookie dough addict in recovery. I am now lo-carb (down 70 pounds- 25 to go) and love to adapt recipes to fit into my lo-carb eating. I make spicy ribeyes, lasagna using spaghetti squash instead of noodles and sugar free cheesecake- and they are all delicious!
