about me

Right now, I live in Japan. I am a home engineer and I assistin teaching english privately and in some cases some groups.
I like to look through Recipezaar to find new recipes. I don't really have a favorite cookbook. I like to make my own recipes. My pet peeves are non-dependable people, dishonest and pretencious. I like people who are honest and sincere, down home people.

Favorite Foods:

Indian food is my absolute favorite. I love mediterranean foods as well. I am pretty good at challenging new food as long as it is not frogs, bugs of any kind, bats, etc.... I am just not that adventurous. Italian food, Japanese gyouza, chinese potstickers, chinese szechuan tofu and pork.
I love chocolate and try to stay away from it as much as possible. I also love salty and sour foods as well.
