Jo is my name, and I'm a 30 something year old chick from New Zealand. I love food, especially chocolate - cover anything in chocolate and I'll eat it!! In the past couple of years I have lost approx 50kg (110lb) of excess fat, and still have another 20-something kgs (44lb) to go to get to my "goal". This means that I am always on the hunt for low fat, healthy recipes!
