about me

I live and work in Anchorage, Alaska. I teach, so most of my life is spent grading papers, but I cook whenever I can. I like experimenting with recipes from different world cuisines and, since I do live in Alaska, I cook a lot of fish.

Favorite Foods:

I make a good horseradish and crumb-topped salmon dish. I'm perfecting it for release on Recipezaar.

My favorite thing to eat is my mom's strawberry shortcake. No one makes it like she does. It's what I request for my birthday instead of regular cake.
