about me

I'm a mom of two boys. I was a teacher before I had kids and now I am able to stay home with the kids and volunteer at their schools and an animal shelter. I love to cook but don't have the time I did before I had kids. The time will come all too soon as they are growing up fast! I love Recipezaar and use it when I can and look forward to having some time to enter my recipes and do more exploring on the site.
