I'm a stay at home mom who loves to tinker around in the kitchen with my husband making up new reciepes. I'm a Foodnetwork junkie and love a new cookbook. I like to cook things off the cuff just to see what it'll taste like. We are big on eating healthy but can't help but love the sweets. I'll try just about anything once.

Favorite Foods:

I love love love Mexican food; I'm famous for my enchiladas and panni burritos. I also am a big fan of Italian, especially lasagna. I like cookies and brownies.
